UK Standard Delivery - £2.95
• Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am - 7pm (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays).
• This service is only charged with final cart totals under £40, this total is calculated after all discounts have been applied.

Hermes UK Next Day Delivery - £4.95
• Order before 6.30pm to receive your order next day (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays).
• Orders made after 6.30pm will be delivered the day after next day (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays).
• Orders made after 6.30pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
• Deliveries are made anytime between 8:00am - 9:00pm. Postcode restrictions apply.

DPD UK Next Day Delivery - £5.95
• Order before 4.00pm to receive your order next day (excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays).
• Orders made after 4.00pm will be delivered the day after next day (excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays).
• Orders made after 4.00pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
• Deliveries are made anytime between 9:00am - 7:30pm. Postcode restrictions apply.

Hermes Parcelshop Delivery - £2.95
• Select from over 4500 Parcelshop locations around the UK and Europe. These convenience store locations are open long hours so you can collect at your convenience. Take ID and your delivery confirmation eMail for secure collection.
• Postcode restrictions apply.

Additional Information
• We use Hermes, DPD and DHL.
• Next day delivery is for next working day only. We do not deliver on public or bank holidays. Next day delivery orders placed over a bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day following the bank holiday, to be recieved by the customer the following working day.
• There are some postcode exceptions where we can not offer next day delivery.
• Our standard, free, delivery service operates Mon-Sat 8am-7pm, there is no standard Sunday service available. Please order by Tuesday to ensure delivery by Friday under standard free delivery.
• We use a signed for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.
• We recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package.
• Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incure the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

Please note personalized items are not available for next day delivery so please do not select this option at checkout. If you do a member of our customer service team will be in contact to arrange a refund for your delivery cost. Please allow up to 14 days for your personalized item(s) to be delivered. If your personalised item is part of a multi-order, the other items in the order will be dispatched as normal, so you can expect multiple deliveries.

EASY UK RETURNS, HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO…
Step 1:
Return your item within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Don’t forget to tick the reason code.
Step 2:
Make sure you return your item in it’s original condition: unworn, with all tags/ hygiene strips attached. *Please note we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or cosmetics and swimwear and lingerie where the hygiene seal has been removed.
Step 3:
Use our Easy Returns Method
*Attach the Royal Mail returns label on the packing slip which came with your item/s and take to your nearest Post Office. Don't forget to include the packing slip or your details with the parcel and please retain your proof of postage.

This service carries a standard £3 handling charge for all returns (with the exception of faulty or incorrect goods) automatically deducted from your refund amount.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
Royal Mail returns are only available for orders delivered within the UK. For returning parcels from outside the UK, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Please retain your proof of postage until your item has been refunded.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus any shipping charges and handling fees if using our Easy Returns Method. We will notify you when this has been done.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable/ineligable for refund (not returned in their original condition with 14 days or receipt) will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. This does not affect your statuatory rights.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?
We will process your refund within 10 working days of receipt of the goods minus any shipping charges and handling fees if using our Easy Returns Method. We will send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed.
Please note that refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider for more.
