A Pre-Met Affair The Night Before, Done The Club L Way

New York doesn’t wait for the Met Gala - it warms up for it. And just before fashion’s most anticipated night took over the city, Club L hosted its very own prelude celebration. Think skyline silhouettes, high-shine glamour, and a guest list dressed like the main event already started. This wasn’t just a party - it was a statement: the night before counts.

The Calm Before The Couture

Set inside the iconic The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park, the evening unfolded like a perfectly styled editorial. Inspired by this year’s theme, Fashion in Art, every detail spoke from sculptural tailoring to fluid, movement-led drapes. Influencers and our community didn’t just attend - they defined the mood, turning every corner into a moment worth capturing. The room felt alive with anticipation, as if the city was screaming - we’re ready.

Dusk But Make It Decadent

Up above it all, Nubeluz set the tone. Golden hour hit differently when paired with unapologetic silhouettes. Cocktails in hand, the skyline became the backdrop to a moment that felt equal parts cinematic and effortless. Black tie, redefined.

Pull Up A Chair

Dinner was an experience in itself, curated by José Andrés - where every course felt wholesome and delicious. Intimate yet elevated, the table became a space where fashion and conversation came together. It wasn’t just about what was served, but how it felt: considered, expressive, and quietly indulgent.

Consider This Your Prelude

There’s something about nights like this - they don’t just happen, they set direction. The energy, the styling, the sense of arrival before the arrival. And if this was the opening act, then consider the tone officially set. The Met is calling… and we’re already dressed for it.
