RETURNS
Please take care when trying on your items as we do not accept returns with snags, tears, make up, tan marks or damage in line with our policy. All items must be returned to us undamaged, in their original packaging with all labels and safe tape fully intact.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return, and any items sent back must be received by us within 28 days of when they were first received by you.
The below returns portal is for orders shipped to the UK. For all other orders, please see below.

RETURNS FAQ
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We offer a return shipment fee of £3.49 for all UK orders. This fee is deducted from your refund amount. Please note we do not refund any original shipping charges.
If you’d like to return an item from USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, or Netherlands you will be charged for the returns shipping label. The fee is processed through our returns portal and is payable when you’re starting the returns process.
If you’d like to return an item from anywhere else in the world you are responsible for arranging the shipment and covering the fees. No fees are deducted from your refund.
CAN I USE A ROYAL MAIL RETURNS LOCKER? (UK CUSTOMERS ONLY)
Yes, you absolutely can. However, please ensure that a physical print out of the label is securely on your package before putting it into a locker. There are printers available near some Post Office Lockers, or reach out to our Customer Care team, who will send you a copy via email for you to print.
CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE PARCEL?
Unfortunately, separate orders cannot be returned together in one parcel. Please return each order separately. Failure to do so will still result in multiple returns fees, and a delay to your overall return being processed.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN?
In the rare occasion that this happens please get in touch with our team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our Customer Care team will investigate and get this resolved for you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus the return shipping fee. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider for more information.
We will send you an email when your return has been processed. We will notify you if any items are rejected as return as they are deemed in unsaleable/ineligible for refund. Please make sure you’re only returning items that are eligible for refund.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
At this moment, we don’t offer exchanges, but we’re always working on new solutions to offer our customers.
