Order before 22:00 Monday to Thursday, or 14:00 Sunday. Deliveries are expected to be delivered 2 working days from dispatch. On Bank Holidays this time may increase by a few days. We cover all delivery duties and taxes.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery.

If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws, and all customs charges will be payable by the customer. These will not be covered by Club L London.

For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Europe

All orders to Europe are shipped with duties and taxes included, which means there are no additional charges on the receipt of your goods.

USA

For orders placed to the United States Of America, taxes & duties are calculated at checkout.

Australia

Canada

You will be requested to pay a standard Federal Sales Tax (GST) of 5% + a Provincial Sales Tax which varies by province. For some provinces, the combination of the two taxes is called HST.

On top of this, you will also have to pay duties on any purchases that are over CAD $140 and a $10.75 Canadian Post admin fee.

We're unable to advise how much total tax you'll have to pay as this varies by province and, in the case of Customs Duty, by product.

You will go through the standard procedure and receive the E14 Customs Invoice form and pay the sales tax, duty charges and handling fee as you normally would before the order gets released to you.

Mexico

You won’t see any customs charges on your order. However, if you are charged customs, please keep a proof of payment and contact our team.

Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands

If your order is being delivered to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, you will cover any customs or import duties for your order. Once the order arrives at your customs office, you’ll be contacted with details of the charges.

Regardless of where you are shopping from, items are shipped from our UK warehouse, so you may be charged customs. You’ll see a message at checkout if this applies for any items in your order.

If you need to pay a customs, charge the delivery partner will contact you directly once they have your parcel to collect payment. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges.

We’d hate for you to not receive your order so please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers, so please ensure you enter your email address and contact number on your order should they need to contact you.
