STANDARD DELIVERY - £2.99
As a customer of Club L London you are entitled to our standard free delivery service when you spend over £60.
Standard delivery operates weekdays Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm, to ensure you get al your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday at the latest to receive by Friday.
Please note that during busy periods this service can take 2-5 working days.
For all our standard orders we use Royal Mail Tracked service
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £4.99
NEXT DAY DELIVERY BEFORE 12:00 - £10.99
NEXT DAY DELIVERY BEFORE 10:30 - £12.99
Need that item asap? Simply place your order before 5pm Monday-Friday.
Next Day Delivery is a working day delivery service and any orders placed after Friday 5 PM, will be delivered the following Tuesday.
All Next Day Delivery orders placed between 5pm Thursday & Friday 5PM will be upgraded to a Saturday Delivery Service.
Sunday, Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched by our team the next working day.
SATURDAY DELIVERY - £4.99
Need that item for the weekend? We have you covered! Simply place your order before 5pm Friday.
If you have selected Saturday Delivery DPD will delivery your parcel on Saturday between 8am-6pm.
If you’re nominated day is Saturday but you’ve ordered in the week, it’s cool. We hold on to your items and make sure it’s despatched on time so it’s delivered exactly when you want it.
NI AND ROI STANDARD DELIVERY - £7.99
Standard delivery operates weekdays Monday - Friday between 8am to 6pm, to ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Wednesday before 3pm at the latest to receive by Friday.
I’m afraid we do not currently offer a Next Working Day or Saturday for Northern Ireland and there is no Saturday delivery service to ROI, for all our standard orders we use Royal Mail and DPD.

If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
USA DELIVERIES
STANDARD DELIVERY
Great news, you are entitled to our standard free delivery service on orders over £80.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a Saturday service.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Need that item asap? Next working day delivery needs to be placed by 12pm GMT.
Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 1pm GMT or on the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.
Sundays, Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.
*Delivery excludes Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

We're doing everything we can to avoid any impact on delivery times and we continue to ship within the timescales advertised on site, if for any reason your parcel gets delayed, we’ll communicate this to you as soon as possible.

At Club L we understand that sometimes you may need to return your item and we are happy to refund any unwanted items providing they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt in their original condition.

Please take extra care when trying on as we cannot accept returns with make up or tan marks, snags or damage caused to the item through trying on or item minus garment tags or security tape.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on any Nakey Nakey products, Earrings, Cosmetics, Swimwear or Face masks.
Items purchased in the sale or as part of a Bundle offers are final sale and are non-returnable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment and you will receive an email once refunded.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable/ineligible for refund (not returned in their original condition within 30 days or receipt, damaged, soiled or with tags or security tape removed) will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels and we advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number and postage receipt until your refund has been processed.

UK POSTCODE RESTRICTIONS

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Club L London.
For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
USA
For US customers, you should not see any customs charges. If your order has been delivered to a US address, and you have been charged, please keep a proof of payment, and contact our team.
If your order is over $800 and contains items shipped from the UK or the items have any animal names/parts in them (e.g. feather, faux fur) you may need to pay customs charges.
Canada
You will be requested to pay a standard Federal Sales Tax (GST) of 5% + a Provincial Sales Tax which varies by province. For some provinces, the combination of the two taxes is called HST.
On top of this, you will also have to pay duties on any purchases that are over CAD $140 and a $10.75 Canadian Post admin fee.
We're unable to advise how much total tax you'll have to pay as this varies by province and, in the case of Customs Duty, by product.
You will go through the standard procedure and receive the E14 Customs Invoice form and pay the sales tax, duty charges and handling fee as you normally would before the order gets released to you.
Mexico
You won’t see any customs charges on your order. However, if you are charged customs, please keep a proof of payment and contact our team.
Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands
If your order is being delivered to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, you will cover any customs or import duties for your order. Once the order arrives at your customs office, you’ll be contacted with details of the charges.
Regardless of where you are shopping from, items are shipped from our UK warehouse, so you may be charged customs. You’ll see a message at checkout if this applies for any items in your order.
If you need to pay a customs charge the delivery partner will contact you directly once they have your parcel to collect payment. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges.
USEFUL TIPS
We’d hate for you to not receive your order so please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers, so please ensure you enter your email address and contact number on your order should they need to contact you.
