For returning parcels from outside the UK, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Please retain your proof of postage until your item has been refunded.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus any shipping charges and handling fees if using our Easy Returns Method. We will notify you when this has been done.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable/ineligable for refund (not returned in their original condition with 14 days or receipt) will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. This does not affect your statuatory rights.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.
WHERE IS MY REFUND?
We will process your refund within 10 working days of receipt of the goods minus any shipping charges and handling fees if using our Easy Returns Method. We will send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed.
