AT CLUB L, WE ARE HAPPY TO REFUND ANY UNWANTED ITEMS PROVIDING THEY ARE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND WERE NOT A PART OF OUR SALE.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS, WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS ON EARRINGS OR PIERCED JEWELLERY.

*Please note we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings, cosmetics, swimwear and lingerie.

RETURNS PORTAL

Please note that when you return an item from an order placed to the UK, a fee of £1.99 will be deducted from the total refunded amount. We charge this fee per parcel returned, so please ensure you return all the items from your order in the same parcel to avoid being charged twice.

 

*Please note that parcels returned to us using Royal Mail will experience delays due to striking action, please allow up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us. Once received we will process your return as quickly as possible.

WHY ARE YOU CHARGING FOR RETURNS?

 

At Club L we want to encourage responsible purchasing, so have made changes to our returns policy. We will charge a returns fee of £1.99 on returned orders from the UK. This will be deducted from your refunded amount.

 

This will allow us to ensure we are able to continue bringing high quality product and the best prices for our customers. We hope this encourages considered purchasing behaviour and takes us a step in the right direction towards becoming a more sustainable business.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

 

Please note that when you return an item, a fee of £1.99 will be deducted from the total refunded amount. This is on all returned UK orders. We charge this fee per parcel returned per order, so please ensure you return all the items from your order in the same parcel to avoid being charged twice.

 

CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE PARCEL?

 

Unfortunately separate orders cannot be returned together in one parcel. Please return each order separately.

 

Each returned order will incur a returns fee of £1.99, this fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.

IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM, WOULD I BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN?

 

If the item you receive is faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Service team, who will resolve this for you.

SALE ITEMS AND BUNDLE SALE OFFERS


Please note that all sales are final on items in our sale and bundle sale offers (ie 5 for £50, 3 for £45) and no refunds will be given for these items.



WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?


Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus any shipping charges, returns fee and handling fees if using our Easy Returns Method. We will notify you when this has been done.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable/ineligible for refund (not returned in their original condition within 14 days or receipt, damaged, soiled or with tags or security tape removed) will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. Please note earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.

 


WHERE IS MY REFUND?


We will process your refund within 10 working days of receipt of the goods minus our returns fee and any shipping charges if using our Easy Returns Method. We will send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed.
Please note that refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider for more.
