If you have received an Asda toyou returns label with your parcel, please attach this label to your parcel.
If not visit the Asda toyou website here download a QR Code to print in store.
Take your parcel and QR Code to the Asda toyou signposted kiosk or hand to a colleague at your most convenient location;
remember to include your returns note!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus any shipping charges and handling fees if using our Easy Returns Method. We will notify you when this has been done.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable/ineligable for refund (not returned in their original condition with 14 days or receipt) will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. This does not affect your statuatory rights.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.
WHERE IS MY REFUND?
We will process your refund within 10 working days of receipt of the goods minus any shipping charges if using our Easy Returns Method. We will send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed.
Please note that refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider for more.
